CONDITIONS OF USE
Offices and meeting rooms at office 1.4 are available for rent by the hour, half-day or the day at the rates in the table below.
There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms.
Bookings for the offices, meeting rooms and conference rooms are managed by the building’s reception and can be made by email to recepcion@521hub.com or by phone on 91 499 41 32, at least 24h in advance. Keys to the meeting rooms are also to be collected from and return to reception.
A form should be filled in on the day of the booking with start and finish times, as well as the name and signature of the requesting person.
Meeting rooms timetables are from 8:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday.
After each meeting, the owner will clean the room and everything that may have been left behind will be discarded, and may not be claimed at a later date.
